Arts Connect West Midlands creative planning programme:
Library services 2013

With support from Arts Connect West Midlands Bridge programme, ASCEL Association of School and Education Librarians and the education team of Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust wanted to explore how they could work together to develop new creative ideas and approaches to engaging children and young people. My role was to facilitate this exploration and provide insight into my creative processes and practices.

I accomplished this by demonstrating various creative exercises and tasks I may undertake to generate creative ideas and also demonstrated how one creative medium can be utilised to inspire and facilitate other creative processes, one example from the workshop was using music to generate new ideas for stories, poems.
