Guest speaker and performer for the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) at Opening Up Creative Culture events April 2013
As part of RNIBs innovative ground breaking project I delivered talks and presentations at the Ironbridge Gorge Museum on the topic of creative audio description. Alongside these activities a film for the ‘Opening Up Creative Culture project’ was being recorded which explores the importance of audio description and examples of how to write and deliver it to an audience. The film was showcased at Tate Modern in London where I performed my own poems alongside the commissioned audio description pieces I had written for the project.
